We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager for Marshall Motor Group’s for Volkswagen Newbury. Reporting to the Head of Business, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the right candidate an excellent career development opportunity.

To support you in your personal development and growth, you will have full access to Marshall Training to help you build on your current skillset and further your career through our training and development and succession plan.


As an Aftersales Manager, you will have overall accountability for people and financial performance for your assigned dealership. Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
Oversee the service, parts, managing stock control and assets
Set financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer and regulatory requirements


Given the nature of our Newbury dealership, it is essential that you have strong aftersales leadership experience within a Franchise, with knowledge across service and parts.
