We are seeking a visionary InterimChief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a growth mindset, tasked with steering our financial strategy and building a robust financial infrastructure to support our ambitious expansion plans.
Financial Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our company's vision and growth objectives. The CFO will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring they are conducted with precision and transparency.

~ Assemble and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The CFO will play a critical role in optimising our financial and operational processes, driving efficiency and scalability as we expand our reach in the EV infrastructure market.

~ Capital Raising and Management: Leverage extensive experience in raising venture capital (VC) and debt financing to secure the resources necessary for our growth and innovation. The CFO will be adept at engaging with investors and financial institutions.

~ Serve as a key advisor to the Founders and the Board of Directors, providing strategic insights and financial expertise to inform decision-making. The CFO will ensure that financial considerations are at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, guiding the company towards sustainable profitability and success.

Proven experience as a CFO or in a comparable leadership role within the financial domain
Demonstrable success in building and leading finance teams, with a track record of enhancing team maturity and operational effectiveness.
Extensive experience in raising VC and debt capital, with a deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
Proficient in developing and implementing robust financial strategies, operating models, and processes to support business growth and scalability.
