As part of thecontinued evolvement and growth of theFinance Team at St Austell Brewery, we are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner (Central)who will partner directly with our CFO and People Director, supporting them withmaking organisational people and pay related strategic decisions.
You will beconfident at providing business partnering through the provision of timely andaccurate reporting of financial information. As part of the operational finance team, your primary role will be the consolidation ofmonthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting and 3-year plan.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide a deep levelof overhead and on cost analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities,and risks and will make recommendations, positively challenging where required toensure optimal future-proof commercial decisions within your business area.
This role is hybridbut will require you to work from St Austell Brewery at least 3 times a week depending on projects.
About you

Management accountant - qualified or by experience
ACCA/CIMA or AAT.
Demonstratableexperience at the same level in a fast paced business, ideally with experienceof a business in growth
Experience withfinancial software; Navision or MS Dynamics an advantage.
Able to use data and information to influence decisionmaking
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced, dynamicenvironment
Able to confidently challenge as SME
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Proficient with Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail
