Coordinator Logistiek

We are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in Middlesex , who are recruiting for a Senior Subcontractor Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £35,289 , with the interviews commencing the week of the 16th December and the start date is subject to notice.

Identify solutions to ensure an efficient end to end process by closely managing key performance indicator targets and preparing and analysing data reports
Ensure sure service level agreements, health and safety, compliance and commercial elements are reviewed and adhered to by implementing a structure of monthly meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships between our Subcontractor Partners, our stakeholders and our internal teams
Actively assess the need for specialist Subcontractor Partners against contractual requirements ensuring all scopes are effectively covered

Working in Social Housing repairs and voids within a similar role
Experience with setting goals and managing performance
Hybrid working 2/3 days
