Your experience of systems engineering and understanding of electronic / electromagnetic weapon systems and related systems, will help you to join the EW Group which supports activities on relevant weapon system and missile programmes, with specific responsibilities for the weapon system design and verification, system and equipment integration, RF system design, threat analysis, and modelling & simulation activities associated with EW capability and performance.

Our client requires an Electromagnetic Warfare Weapon System Engineering Lead to lead the Weapon System level system development activities. The first is the ability to integrate Electromagnetic Attack Weapons into the wider sovereign EW Operational Data Generation services, and to engineer our weapon systems to make effective use of EW Mission Data.
The second is to provide EW Domain knowledge and leadership into EA Weapon System program systems engineering organisations.

As an Electromagnetic Warfare Weapon System Engineering Lead, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Awareness of Systems Engineering principles & best practices.
System Design and Validation engineering skills
We would also be keen to see people with a knowledge of Electronic Warfare Operational Support (EWOS) processes, and organisations;
Weapon System Planning tools and environments;
