We're currently recruiting a dedicated Unit Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As a Unit Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. As a Costa Coffee unit manager, you'll be brewing up a perfect blend of team camaraderie, customer smiles, and caffeine magic to create a buzzing coffee haven that's as vibrant as a latte art masterpiece
In the role of an unit manager within Costa Coffee, you'll be involved in orchestrating exceptional customer service delivery, and shouldering the responsibility for maintaining accurate stock levels and cash management on site.
As the unit manager in Costa Coffee, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated support to the manager, overseeing daily operations, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences
