Job Description

We're working with a rapidly growing ad tech company who are looking for a corporate governance professional to join their team and manage their international entity portfolio.

It's a 3-month contract, starting at the end of April.

You'll be involved in:

  • Project management, liaising with the privacy team
  • Company secretarial matters
  • Entity management
  • Board management
  • International corporate governance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing entity portfolios across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on India
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance requirements for various jurisdictions
  • Ideally experience of working with an entity management vendor
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external service providers
  • The ability to work independently, make sound judgment calls, and operate with minimal supervision
