Events Coordinator This is an excellent opportunity to join our client at an exciting time of growth. Supporting the Head of Marketing, you will lead on planning, promoting, and ensuring the smooth running of events; including annual conferences and other small annual tradeshows. Events Coordinator Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Produce detailed proposals for events Research and source venues, suppliers, and contractors, and negotiate prices Coordinate suppliers and all event logistics Organise guest speakers and delegate packs Ensure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed Oversee the dismantling and removal of events and clear the venue efficiently Events Coordinator Rewards Alongside the opportunity to work in a friendly and growing team, you will receive the following benefits: 25 days holiday per annum Regular social events Flexible working arrangements Company pension scheme and sickness/compassionate leave scheme Free parking on site The Company A rapidly growing and highly successful international service provider. Events Coordinator Essentials The successful candidate will be a highly organised and ambitious professional, with experience of end-to-end events/conference management. You must have experience of sourcing venues and attending offsite corporate events, tradeshows or conferences You will be a confident and engaging communicator, with the ability to liaise with senior clients, negotiate and influence. To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Location Based in Oxford, this is a full-time, hybrid role, working 2/3 days in the office. There is free onsite parking.
