Software Development Manager - Permanent

Hybrid working - 2 days Burgh Heath Epsom, 3 days remote - 37.We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Development Manager to lead and build a small Team designing, developing, and maintaining a robust and scalable ecosystem.
Extensive exposure to secure coding principles e.g. NET and the .NET ecosystem and tools e.g. C#, Visual Studio, dotnet CLI

This role is within the Business Technology Solutions & Information Security Department (BTS & InfoSec). Project & Change Delivery, Application Delivery, Infrastructure Delivery & Development Delivery. Defining & Implementing a Roadmap of Software Delivery
Contributing to our DevOps maturity
Working in a busy, multi-skilled and complex environment
Developing software in a highly Regulated Environment
