Job description Delphi Medical is an innovative and specialist addiction (drug and alcohol) service, inspiring their clients to progress safely and successfully from dependence to freedom. Delphi has a shared purpose as part of the Calico Group to make a real difference to people’s lives. What you’ll be doing -You will be based at The Pavilion in Lancaster, a 18-bedroom facility, set in private and beautiful rural surroundings. -As a Senior Nurse you will offer clinical knowledge and leadership to be able to support patients through there recovery journey, be that with clinical interventions or holistic support. -You will offer high standards of care for our clients, whilst being part of service development and innovation, to continually improve our service offer. -You will be responsible for leading nurses on shift by helping them prioritise patients’ clinical care with effective time management, excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style. -You will help to build relationships with other clinical services such as Mental health team, hospitals and other health and social care services where required. -We are a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, support workers, doctors, prescribers, housekeepers, chef, and an admissions team. This role is perfect for Nurses who enjoy being able to spend time getting to know those in their care and supporting their journey to improved health and wellbeing, positively impacting their future and quality of life. Your hours of work would be 37.5 hours per week within a 24/7 rota pattern covering days/nights and weekends. Flexible working patterns may be considered also. The ability to engage with challenging individuals and build trusting relationships – patience and resilience will be key
Experience with managing a team (At least 1 years’ experience).
