With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless implementations, we are seeking a dynamic ERP Consultant to join our professional services team. This role will involve supporting software demonstrations, implementing solutions, and providing hands-on training to our valued customers.


Take ownership of customer onboarding and product delivery within a structured project environment.
Facilitate seamless handover of clients to our support department post-implementation.
Demonstrate proficiency in Fitfactory's implementation processes, ensuring timely project delivery to highly satisfied customers.
Adhere to standardised operating procedures for successful software implementations.
Develop and manage customised project plans tailored to individual client needs.
Collaborate with the implementation manager to provide insights for sales and marketing teams.
Provide confident training and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential business risks.
Document lessons learned to drive continuous service improvements.
Undertake ad hoc implementation team activities as required.
