Assist in the monitoring and reporting on asset performance, reliability, productivity and efficiency.
Assist in measuring, reporting and benchmarking service/asset performance, reliability, productivity, and efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Identify best practice in the management of asset and service performance, reliability, productivity, and efficiency and implement improvements.
Undertake analysis to determine trends and root causes.
Investigate and report on performance related failures and recommend corrective action.
Assist in the implementation of asset performance, reliability, productivity, and efficiency Improvement
initiatives, including data integrity and quality.
This will involve the production of ad hoc reports and query resolution.
Knowledge of service and asset reliability analysis techniques
Knowledge of service and asset reliability improvement techniques
present data
Knowledge of Network Rail Telecom process and techniques
