Would you be interested in a permanent assignment where you will be supporting a major defence project and play a key part in the development and design of electrical systems?


Are you an experienced electrical design engineer with industrial experience in EC&I?


Do you have security clearance, or have you worked on nuclear, defence projects and are willing to obtain clearance?


Due to an increase in project wins, an exciting opportunity has opened to join a leading company who are at the forefront of shaping the nuclear, defence and new build sectors, providing you with the ability to make a real impact in the nuclear and defence sectors. We are a client who is committed to investing in your development and carer trajectory.


As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will aid in the project scope delivery, by managing electrical designs and ensuring technical accuracy in a dynamic project environment.


Producing and maintaining design drawings and project documentation.
Developing solutions for design and manufacturing challenges.
Interfacing with customers and suppliers on design matters.
Leading single discipline, low-risk design projects.
Holding knowledge of current British and European design standards and working practices and ensuring these standards are maintained through out the design process.
ONC/HNC/HND or BTEC National in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Degree in electrical engineering.
