The client are specialist in Residential Groundworks with projects up to £60 million. They can also offer a hybrid style of working.

To provide estimating support with bids and contracts to ensure robust pricing, risk management and governance.
*To assist and advise the Senior Management Team on commercial influences and risks around any bids.
*Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to produce accurate and timely estimates/cost data.
*To ensure where possible supplier/subcontractor terms are back to back with the client requirements and if not to impact assess any deviations.
*To develop and implement changes to process, following understanding of a need to make changes to improve performance.

Experience of 10 years+ within the groundworks/RC Frame industry is ideal, preferably within both environments, but also advantageous to have other subcontractor estimating experience.
*The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary plus package and bonus, a great working environment and opportunities to progress in your career.
