Job Description

The International Sales Coordinator - Health & Beauty will be responsible for the following:

  • International order management
  • Product registrations
  • Coordination and support of commercial activities and events
  • Commercial reporting through utilisation of data and performance tracking
  • Product & Marketing coordination
  • Supporting the international team on customer engagement, activities and events
  • Maintaining CRM and systems, updating of commercial and customer data to support the team
  • Liaise with customers in absence of the Account Management team and support with ad hoc and project tasks also
  • Full job spec will be available for all relevant applicants

The Successful Applicant

The International Sales Coordinator - Health & Beauty will come with the following skills and experiences:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to manage demanding workload and work well under pressure, sometimes to specific deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in customer service or dealing with smaller accounts
  • Ideally an additional European language
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility in a day to day role across variety of customers
  • Order processing experience required, ideally with strong numerate skills
  • Good IT skills, including Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to work off own initiative, as well as being a good team member
  • Strong communicator, confident when dealing with colleagues
  • Able to commute 3 days per week to the Teddington office

What's on Offer

£30,000 to £35,000 per annum salary depending on experience + benefits package
