Piazza Castello Milano is a luxury fashion brand that specializes in producing high-quality cashmere & silk garments for women, men, and children. The brand was founded with the aim of creating exquisite fashion collections that blend tradition with innovation, while evoking style and sophistication.
We are looking for a independet thinking manager that can drive sale through impeccable merchandising and windows display on it's own capacity. With an exceptional creativity to be able to create always window's display that beat competition in the area and drive traffic into the store. Having a real connection with your own local community, attracting new customers while delighting our existing customers. With a ability to Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong brand engagement.
Create and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers and staff being able to retain in your team people with passion and uncompromising commitment for our brand.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability and analyse KPY's
Feel empowered to make brave decision that deliver comercial excellence.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive footall traffic and increase brand awareness.
Train and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends, industry developments, and competitors.
Profile
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the fashion retail industry.
Strong leadership skills, independent in merchandising and with strong commercial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to create appealing store displays.
Proficient in inventory management and stock control procedures.
Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
