Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to drive our company’s growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Build and Maintain Talent Pipeline:

  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Candidate Assessment and Selection:

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding and New Hire Integration:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of new employees into the company culture and environment.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
