Workday Developer FTC

You’ll find us collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients, from the big picture right down to the detail: helping them define their strategy, deliver complex change, spot the right commercial opportunities, manage risk, or bring their purpose and sustainability goals to life. We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia, and we work all around the world - from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin. Our Technology Team are looking for an experienced Workday Developer to join the team.

Being responsible for all HR systems, principally Workday with integrations into other systems including Cornerstone, Dynamics 365, eARCU, Active Payroll and others
Curation of reporting, MI and dashboards across HRIS systems, presenting to senior stakeholders
Working within Agile/Scrum to fulfil backlog items and user stories.
Ensuring candidate and employee experience is front and centre of all deliverables and projects
Training in more junior colleagues with your skillsets ensuring continual development

Good Workday and Workday integrations experience
Experience of at least two end-to-end, preferably integrated, HR system implementation projects.
Experience of managing internal and third-party cost, schedule, quality and risk.
