Senior Electronics Engineer | Up to £90K | Bath

Are you a highly experienced Electronics Engineer? Are you looking for a role to develop and deliver your skills and lead a small team of engineers? Do you have team leadership experience in engineering?

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the creation of electronics solutions, covering everything from system architecture to design implementation and qualification.
  • Designed diverse electronics hardware, both analog and digital, such as line drivers, DC-DC converters, motor controllers, and data acquisition components.
  • Developed embedded software for small microprocessors.

Necessary Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience as an Electronics Engineer or in a similar role, focused on new product development.
  • Expertise in analog and digital hardware design and integration.
  • Proficient in embedded software development.
  • Skilled in digital signal processing.
  • Experienced with microprocessors and microcontroller systems.

Nice to haves :

  • Knowledgeable in programming languages, including C.
  • Familiar with data acquisition systems and analysis.
  • Experienced in multilayer PCB design and layout.
  • Proficient in schematic capture

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BA or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Proven experience in designing and testing power electronics, motor control, high-speed electronics, analog, digital, and sensing technology
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end electronics development, focusing on hardware design and integration, with high proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout software, simulation tools, tolerance analysis, and documentation
