Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Project Manager.

Our Strategic Project Manager will play a key role in driving Sorted's Squad initiatives, working directly under the guidance of the MD and Leadership team. You will work at the intersection between our organically grown community and forward thinking brands. Our Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing key squad projects to drive the impact, growth and success of Sorted Food.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the Sorted Food team on projects involving Community Squads, Partnerships, Research, and Innovation
  • Synthesising information to produce effective briefing documents
  • Managing multiple projects, that sit across the business
  • Spotting opportunities to join dots between initiatives
  • Ensuring timely progress and quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and collaboration skills in managing new initiatives in their start-up phase.
  • Representing Sorted's strategic mission, both internally and externally
  • Working across teams to support business outputs.
  • Documenting the impacts of the Sorted Squads and the work they've been part of.

  • Experience in project management, expediting, and logistics management
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Communication - a clear communicator to our community, clients and leadership
  • Collaboration - coordinate internal teams to aid in delivery of project requirements
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
