Stagecoach South operates around 500 vehicles throughout Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey on a mixture of commercial and contract bus services. We have some exciting growth plans to deliver in the next 12 months. An exciting opportunity exists for a pro-active, experienced and ambitious individual to join the company’s senior management team in the post of Engineering Director.
We’re looking for a skilled man manager to lead and motivate a team of 170 engineering staff to ensure high standards of service are routinely delivered to our customers. Candidates should be fully conversant with all current legislative requirements, health & safety regulations and have good budgetary skills.
As Engineering Director, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a vital member of the senior management team. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining best in class engineering processes to deliver engineering excellence, helping the Company achieve further passenger growth.
