Multi-Skilled Tradesman and Project Leader

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are a reputable property refurbishment company specializing in refurbishing and maintaining residential properties. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we're urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced multi skilled tradesman and project leader to join our team.

As a hands-on project leader you will play a critical role in executing and overseeing the installation of kitchens, bathrooms and garage conversions, along with other refurbishment and maintenance tasks. This role requires a balance of supervisory duties and hands-on work, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Kitchen installations
Bathroom installations
Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, basic electrics
Oversee and participate in day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Coordinate with subcontractors, clients and other team members to ensure project timelines are met
Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Manage project materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operations
Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, and tiling etc.
Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom installations for at least two years
Ability to manage projects and work independently
Structural work experience an advantage
