Based at our Head Office in Leicester the role of Finance Analyst – International will work closely with the International Finance Manager and be involved in the reporting of sales as well as using data to manage the profitability of each country and to make key commercial decisions on how to improve profit with customer satisfaction and level of profit being key to decision making.
Specifically you will act as a business partner to the Commercial Finance teams, helping to understand and scope out data/information needs and then work with the other members of the International Team to develop robust and reliable information to service those needs.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilise Power BI to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
Interpret data to uncover insights and trends
Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, project teams, and external partners

An experienced, driven analyst with an inquisitive mind and excellent analytical and reporting skills (ideally part of fully qualified but not essential dependent on experience).
Experience of working in a Finance team
Understanding and experience of using Power BI
IT literate with advanced Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data efficiently and effectively
