Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food quality standards.
Innovate and implement creative marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial success.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Knowledge of industry trends, multiple cuisines, market analysis, and competitor activities.
