* Meeting and exceeding sales forecasts for the region.

* It's essential you possess a minimum of 4-5 years’ solution sales experience selling electronic / electrical components to OEMs. My client are not interested in individuals who have mainly sold via distribution channels or candidates currently working for a generalist distributor as they’ve found these types of profiles often lack solution sales experience. We are open to the type of electrical engineering products you have sold, however experience with Connectors, Cable Assemblies, Sensors, PLC’s, Inverters, Drives, Industrial Computing, Switchgear, Motors, Asset Tracking (manufacturing) or Industry 4.Although a formal engineering qualification isn’t required, it is essential all applicants are comfortable liaising with technical personnel and possess the following skills,

* A consultative and solutions based sales approach.

* Willingness to travel and hold a full UK driving license.
