Facilities Coordinator Permanent Full time Salary £27k Based Victoria Park – Manchester LAB. are supporting a property company covering the Manchester area in their search for a Facilities Coordinator. To be successful in this role you will need to hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be required to visit HMOs to ensure the properties remain in good condition, actioning any work that may be required. Experience: * Minimum of 1 year within a property maintenance and facilities role. The day to day responsibilities:

  • Visiting properties across Manchester
  • Inventory reports
  • Actioning work or repairs required
  • Liaising with maintenance team to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
  • Updating property management portal
  • Dealing with day to day enquiries
  • Ensure EPC are upto date
  • Supporting with the process of tenants entering and existing leases.

  • IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Extra Info:
  • This role is split between the office and arranged property visits.
  • Working hours are (phone number removed)pm
  • Monday – Friday (odd weekend work but this is extremely rare).
  • Holidays 21 + Bank Holidays
