Konexo is an established alternative legal services division of Eversheds Sutherland, created to meet client demand for high quality, interim legal, HR and compliance professionals. Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
eCommerce Regulatory Lawyers
Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim Regulatory Lawyers to support our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers with an eCommerce Regulatory background with experience of 4+ years PQE.
Experience of advising business teams on compliance with relevant UK and European legislation and regulatory regimes, including those applicable to online marketplaces and/or platforms, consumer law, and product law.
Experience of regulatory engagement and investigations in the UK and within Europe, ideally including platform, consumer and/or product safety regulators.
Good knowledge of EU and UK consumer law, product law, and other areas of regulation relevant to e-commerce platforms and online video sharing platforms.
Organised and driven, with an ability to manage a large number and variety of high profile and strategic projects and navigate ambiguous legal and regulatory environments.
