Look no further, as this global aesthetic pharmaceutical company, is thrilled to announce the establishment of its Australian subsidiary and the search for a visionary General Manager to steer the helm.

As the General Manager and reporting to the VP & GM, UK, you will have responsibility for:

  • Design, implementation & management of all Australian operations ensuring that revenue and profit targets are met
  • Providing both strategic and hands-on leadership for the market
  • Leading reimbursement discussions and market access initiatives in close collaboration with the market access team regionally
  • Developing, leading and managing all commercial activities; including building, leading and developing a sales force
  • Executing an Omni-Channel approach to drive organisational awareness and rapid product growth
  • Strong collaboration with other international leadership functions

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Extensive commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Australia; ideally in Aesthetics
  • Demonstrated track record of successful product launch experience and growth
  • Aptitude to work effectively in a complex, entrepreneurial, highly dynamic and fast-growing organisation; and with demonstrated capability to work with multiple functions and influence
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an excellent business judgement and a collaborative mindset
