Back-End Developer (C# .NET Core 6+)
3 Month Contract
£Birmingham (Hybrid)

As the Back-End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the Software Development team, focusing on creating robust and scalable Back-End architecture on top of which reliable and responsive user interfaces are built.

Your role will report to the Head of Software Development and you will be vital in developing the core functionality of the digital healthcare applications, ensuring they meet the high standards of reliability, performance and compliance required.

Our client is a brand new health tech business that has received a multi million pound investment. They're very much a start-up and trailblazer, with a mission to drive digital transformation for the NHS, their largest customer.

To achieve this, they're seeking a versatile developer with a solid foundation in Back-End technologies, particularly in Microsoft stack and a passion for building technology that will make a huge difference to many peoples lives.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the back-end of web and applications using .NET Core C#, Azure and FHIR
You will focus on writing business logic and data tier code, optimising for performance and scalability
You will collaborate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment
You will develop high-quality, scalable and secure code and will work closely with the UI/UI team supporting the creation of intuitive and exciting user interfaces
Contribute to the Agile Development process and delivery frameworks and more responsibilities

NET Core C#, Vue.js, Azure and FHIR
Experienced with Azure, Azure Health Data Services, Azure SQL Database
A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery
It is desirable if you are experienced with MS DevOps and familiar with AI/Machine Learning concepts
It is desirable for you to have knowledge of healthcare data management and compliance and proficient in automated testing frameworks.
Experienced with Python and other scripting languages is also desirable
