Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and applying software design patterns and principles effectively. This role requires technical expertise in CRM customization, integration, and development, along with experience in various commercial environments, preferably in the FX and financial sectors.

Key Performance Criteria:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with practical knowledge of applying software design patterns and principles.
  • Prior experience working in multiple commercial environments, with exposure to FX and financial systems considered desirable.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and processes would be advantageous.

Technical Skills:

  • Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to 2016, including custom workflows and plugins.
  • Strong programming skills in MS .Net 4.0+, C#, and SQL Server (T-SQL).
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript (e.g., JQuery), and version control systems like TFS/GIT.
  • Experience with Agile practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Desirable skills include knowledge of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), Scribe, Experido, and Click Dimensions.
  • Familiarity with RESTful Web APIs, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), and message queuing systems like MSMQ/RabbitMQ.
  • Exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  2. Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to meet specific business needs, including developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  3. Implement CRM extensions and third-party integrations to enhance system capabilities.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
  5. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects within agreed timelines and budget.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and end-users as required.
  7. Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics CRM technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  8. Participate in code reviews, quality assurance activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
