Plant Trainer

Reporting to the Fleet and Mobile Training Manager, the Mobile Plant Trainer will be responsible for Planning, organizing, delivering and recording mobile plant training within SUEZ. Identify, plan, organize and deliver mobile plant training across SUEZ by Region that will develop a workforce that will aim to reduce accidents and damage to equipment and property.
To develop and design recycling sector specific mobile plant training that follows on from SUEZ Risk Assessments and recognized UK standards.
The successful candidate will also identify, plan, organize and deliver training to Managers and Supervisors of mobile plant.
Working as part of a small remote team the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills.
FLT Instructor qualification advantageous
A track record of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is desirable but not essential.
Candidates will require Driving Licence, a minimum of 2 valid mobile plant certificates.
