We have an excellent opportunity to join the core team at KMF Group Ltd, managing projects for one of the biggest super bands in the world. We are a Creative Design & Production Agency for global brands, supporting campaign launches within retailers who have a global presence.

You will work directly with the Account Management Teams and have a professional high standard work ethic.

Key Aspects of the role:

  • The Creative Account Manager will manage, create and oversee high-level campaigns working with clients within the sports retail sector.
  • Responsible for managing information through internal workstreams as well as working collaboratively and managing relationships with the client.
  • Responsibilities include working to support the completion of creative projects on time within budget and within scope.
  • Supporting the wider team to deliver the project, and to meet the project’s goals.
  • It will require you to be flexible, a team-player, with the ability to manage tasks and resources to bring about a successful conclusion.
  • Understanding of creative process.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality is essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Able to manage and prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Able to understand/absorb guidelines and adapt across different scenarios.
  • Diligence and commitment to achieving the client’s SLA requirements.
  • Support production with QC checks when required along with store visits around campaign launches.
  • Management of creative briefs.
  • Quality control of all creative work to sign off with Senior Management.
  • Managing workflow of projects from initial creative ideas to artwork.
  • Client facing skills, take briefs and shape into studio.
  • Create presentation documents for clients.
  • Any other reasonable task request that is required as part of the role.
  • Providing motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.
  • Communicating any problems, obstacles, and solutions to senior management.
  • Establishing workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.

Location: Remote & office based

Salary: Competitive + performance related bonus
