PROPERTY SURVEYOR

Salary – up to £37,051 per annum + Call out allowance

Benefits include Company pension, private healthcare

As a Property Surveyor, you will liaise with in-house teams, contractors, and customers, undertaking both pre and post inspection of works. Completing surveys for defects and repairs within properties ranging from DMC related works to structural defects. An awareness of regulatory legislation and HHSRS standards would be beneficial. You will carry out quality inspections on completed works and assist with the preparation and delivery of Planned and Programmed maintenance contracts. An excellent understanding of health and safety, good attention to detail and customer service skills are therefore essential.

You will:

  • Be educated to a minimum of National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent in building construction
  • Ideally have experience in a construction related field.
  • Have strong organisational and problem solving skills are essential to this role.
