Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be recruiting for a growing Architectural Practice who's exciting portfolio of projects span residential, hospitality, commercial and interior design projects to name a few. With over 20 years over experience they have an excellent reputation for delivering forward thinking, creative designs. This dynamic practice have a great outlook on future projects and are keen for a passionate Architectural Technician to become an integral member of their close knit team in Southend-On-Sea.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent technical and design abilities, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and the Adobe Suite as well as living locally to the area.
Responsibilities, experience, and skills for the role of Architectural Technician:
Post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
Confident user of AutoCAD, Sketch up and the Adobe suite
Live locally to the area
Hold a degree or HNC/HND in Architectural related subject
Good technical and design knowledge
Comprehensive awareness of UK building regulations and Planning policies
Own mode of transportation would be advantageous
Experience with feasibility, tender and construction drawings
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
Great team work skills and able to work independently
Keen to continue progression and help company growth
