CORE Services - Millwright Positions Available

CORE Services possesses a Skilled trades recruitment division that focuses heavily on the staffing of professional Millwrights. Currently, we have the following positions available:

Salary:

$38 – $42/hr

Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect, install, repair, replace, adjust all mechanical equipment in the plant.
  2. Receive instructions, prints or work orders, covering scheduled and emergency repairs, installation and inspection work to be done.
  3. Determine the best way of making repairs to minimize interruption of production.
  4. Advise when immediate shut down of equipment is necessary to minimize damage or when temporarily continued operation will have no harmful effect.
  5. Assemble or align gears, bearings and shafts, involving press, sliding and running fits, align pumps, motors etc.
  6. Responsible for performing assigned maintenance work on large and small producing units.

GTA, Whitby, Belleville, Trenton, Oshawa, Peterborough, Port Perry, Newmarket, Aurora, Barrie, Bradford, London, Ingersoll, Stratford, Guelph, Kitchener, Cambridge, Milton, Niagara Falls, St. Catherines, Hamilton, Burlington areas.

Paying $40 to $48/hr with some clients offering signing bonuses as well as straight day shifts These are direct hires by our clients that include benefits and pension.
