Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Scotland's leading Education institutions on a temporary Customer Service Administrator role. This position is expected to last 2-3 months but has a possibility of turning into something longer term. You will be working in a vibrant, fun team and dealing with a mixture of Customer Service and Administrative tasks.
This role is not contact centre based and you will be involved in a variety of tasks.
Office based
Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5pm)
ASAP

Continuously developing knowledge of courses and other university related information
Supporting the Marketing and Student Recruitment Teams with administrative duties
Ordering new stock online
Compiling information and updating internal CRM system
Supporting the Marketing and Student Recruitment Teams to produce information for prospective students
Ad hoc duties as required
Good IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office
