Based in Dartford, this modern, well equipped Primary School boasts a very productive learning environment. They are looking for an energetic and experienced (or strong NQT/ECT) Year 2 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis.

You will be joining a team of talented teachers, subject specialists, exceptional support staff and a warm, supportive Senior Leadership Team.

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will have the ability to inspire and nurture children while building solid foundations of knowledge to support their future.

The key skills required for this Year 2 Teacher Role:

  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 UK Curriculum
  • Adaptability & flexibility
  • Experience in planning and delivering KS1 lessons to a high standard
  • Confidence in teaching all abilities
  • The ability to think fast and adapt lessons accordingly
  • Motivated, passionate and creative, cultivating an enjoyable learning environment
Eligibility for this Year 2 Teacher position:
  • Full QTS
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Two professional child related references
