£20K-£25K (D.O.E) Full Time: Week 1 - Mon to Thu - 8:15am - 5pm | Fri 8:15am - 4pm Week 2 - Mon to Thu - 8:15am - 5pm | Fri OFF CVM World are an established vehicle conversion company. Our Minibus World and Van World brands are leaders in the Minibus and Welfare Van supply sectors. We have recently successfully launched CVM World Rentals as a third branch of our business that fills the short-term rental gap of our target client base. Continuing our success, we have aspirations for growth over the next 5 years and are looking to bring in the necessary talent to join our business as a Telemarketing Executive/Appointment Setter. There are realistic opportunities for career development with routes in to sales or other areas of the business for suitable candidates. Your target is not to close the deal We want you to open the door for your colleagues. Your success will be arranging face to face or phone appointments for our team of Business Development Executives. As CVM Worlds next Telemarketer/Appointment Setter youll have the following qualities: Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar customer service/sales role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think creatively and develop new strategies to improve performance Ability to work well independently and in a team environment Excellent time management and organisational skills A keen eye for detail and accuracy A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with CRM software would be beneficial We have a One-Team ethos at CVM World and you can expect the support of your line manager, department and individuals from across the wider business.
