  • To take responsibility and act asa key member within the PJM Enterprise team.

  • Lead Cost and CommercialManagement service offering including Capital Planning, Capex Management, Governanceand Assurance duties for the allocated client account.

  • Duties include assessing Client’sexisting process and playbooks and come up with improved process proposal, carryout implementation, governance, and ongoing management.

  • Determine any potentialopportunities and efficiencies in client’s capital plan and provide strategicadvice.

  • Take lead in building Client’sbespoke benchmarking and cost model, challenge cost efficiencies.
  • Act as the main client interface,delivering on client objectives, and adding value to the service offering whereallocated.
  • Interacts regularly with client(s) to ensurethat goals and objectives are established and achieved.Develops and implements action plans tocorrect variances. Anticipates and responds to the client's needs and concerns.
  • Responsible for fee budgeting,actual results, forecasting and reporting on relevant client account.Responsible for billing (including documentation required for revenuerecognition), accounts receivable (AR) collection.
  • Actively managing andcoaching colleagues from Assistant to Manager levels team members andpositively influencing the direction of growth of the up-coming talent.
  • Manages team memberto ensures thorough understanding and implementation of operations, policies,and procedures. Formally supervises individual employees allocated.
  • Develops new businessgrowth and maintains existing business relationships. Responsible for businesspursuits, integration with other CBRE business lines, and cross-selling ourCBRE business in the assigned geographic market, program or client account toachieve the company's strategic business objectives.
  • Exhibits understanding ofcompany's corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Preparation ofaccurate, timely, and complete reports to the client and company.
  • Participates in civicand business organizations. Conducts and maintains relationships with industryand trade associates, vendors, and professional organizations.
  • Other duties asassigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing cost& commercial management, assurance & governance, capital planning,and capex management beneficial.
  • Progressive experience and/ortraining in cost and commercial management covering both pre and postcontract.
  • Awareness of different form of contracts.
  • Strong adaptability to fit invariable roles / client accounts.
  • Ability to step back for abigger picture and apply strategic viewpoint.
  • Ability and stamina tounderstand, expertly/effectively handle and analyse large data withconfidence
  • Ability to comprehend, analyse,and interpret complex business documents.
  • Ability to write reports,manuals, presentation and articles using distinctive style.
  • Ability to make effective andpersuasive presentations on related topics to employees, clients, topmanagement and/or public groups.
  • Ability to solve advancedproblems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requiresexpert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience indeveloping strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industrysales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makesrecommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
