Position: Operational Risk Analyst Location: London Industry: Finance Are you a skilled Operational Risk Analyst with a proven track record in the financial services industry? Do you possess a deep understanding of operational risk and operational resilience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a market-leading FX brokerage team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational risk across all areas of the business, identifying potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks and procedures to enhance operational resilience.
  • Monitor key operational risk indicators and trends, providing timely insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes related to operational risk management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk analysis within the financial services industry, preferably with knowledge in Foreign Exchange.
  • Solid understanding of operational risk frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
