Ecologist/Senior Ecologist Surrey Up to £40,000 per annum Carrington West are assisting their client in their search for an experience Ecologist on a full-time, permanent basis. We have an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary property consultancy. You will be working in a collaborative manner with both their Planning and Rural teams whilst managing your own case load. You will need:

  • To be MCIEEM qualified.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Existing knowledge on Natural England Biodiversity Metric 4.0
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Can work well within a team.
Key responsibilities:
  • Undertake ecological surveys and prepare associated reports.
  • Advise teams on ecological legislation, guidance, and policy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ecological legislation, and advise project teams.
