Join Kieser Brighton as an Exercise Scientist and belong to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.

We are an integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning Clinic with a team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists.

Job Description

Our Exercise Scientists play an integral role in our organisation and an even bigger role to our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Utilise a range and combination of scientific concepts ( biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, motor control and development ) and evidence-based practices to advise and support clients/patients.
  • Provide practical guidance on improving health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance.
  • Establish and implement exercise prescription withspecific plans for clients/patients.
  • Conduct supervised 1:1 and group sessions.
  • Establish, assess and re-assess client goals to achieve the best outcome .
  • Provide consultation and guidance for athletes or clients with sporting/fitness goals to reach peak performance and recover from injury.
  • Deliver strength assessments and movement analysis.
  • Complete other associated administrative duties as required.
Qualifications

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science or related field (required)
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High focus on client outcomes
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility with hours
  • First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
