The technologist will be responsible for Technical detailing stages, particularly on residential projects from small one off bespoke to large scale developments with housing developers and commercial projects.

Extensive knowledge of building contracts and UK building regulations
Ability to deliver quality in both design and technical detailing
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
