Security Systems Engineer Opportunity in the Security Industry

️ Role Overview: As a Security Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in various engineering duties, including installation, commissioning, system programming, and maintenance. You'll work as part of our engineering team, providing support to co-workers as needed.

Expectations:

* 5 years of experience in the engineering sector

* Academic engineering graduate or industry-specific certification

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Excellent communication skills

* Competent in fault finding and resolution

* Good knowledge of IP networks

* Determination to deliver fault-free installations

* Organized and professional work ethic

Key Duties:

* Engineering duties on Installation and Service Contracts across our portfolio of clients throughout EMEA

* Participation in the call-out rota for Service Contracts (currently 1:5 weeks on call)

* Liaising with clients over the phone and in person

* Diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems

* Testing and rectifying faulty equipment

Responsibilities:

* Compliance with company policies and procedures to adhere to relevant British Standards and NSI Gold

* Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing problems through to resolution

* Providing prompt, honest, and accurate feedback to customers

* Maintaining effective communication with the management team

* Proper recording and closure of all issues

* Wearing full company uniform and using PPE correctly
