Job Title: Crane Supervisor Location: Oswestry Salary: £24-£25 per hour Start Date: Immediate Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Supervisor to join our team for an immediate start in Oswestry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all crane operations on site, ensuring all lifts are conducted safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all crane operations on site.
  • Ensure all lifting operations comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with site management and crane operators to schedule lifts.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lifting operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to crane operators and rigging teams.
Requirements:
  • Valid Blue CPCS card for Lift Supervisor.
  • Proven experience as a Crane Supervisor.
  • Excellent knowledge of crane operations and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
