We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Coventry, overseeing electrical contracts across a diverse range of projects. If you have a strong background in managing electrical installations in commercial, healthcare, or education settings, along with proven leadership abilities, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical contracts within the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value for the project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering a positive working environment and promoting client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contracting, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, or education projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical contracts from inception to completion.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and regulations, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license.
