Purpose of the Role
Due to continued growth, LB Group is recruiting for a new role as a Data Cleanse Administrator to come and join the Business Support team in either our Colchester or Ipswich office.
This is an essential role to the success of LB Group, where you will ensure all our data is managed correctly and updated accordingly.
Accountabilities
The role demands excellent organisational skills and a strong understanding of service delivery in a financial services organisation to drive efficiency and enhance client service delivery. The role will ensure:
- Ensure all clients contact details are correct and updated.
- Responsible for the accuracy and input of new data entry into the system, this can include data collection, data manipulation into required formats and quality checks prior to data entry.
- Validate that all clients have a preferred correspondence email, billing email and phone number.
- Ensure all clients have an assigned manager and partner office allocated on the system.
- Take ownership and accountability for error checking within your day-to-day activities, support any error reporting and resolution activities required within the system.
- Archive clients who are no longer using our services / close any duplicate accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the firm’s business objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Implement new technologies and systems to enhance the efficiency of business support functions.
Skills/Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a true systems and data advocate, who is motivated by being part of a team working through a high level of improvement change whilst committing to improving and maintaining data changes and accuracy. Highly confidential by nature, diligent, accurate and with an eye for the detail, this individual will be able to manage a volume of data whilst identifying areas of potential gaps.
