At PRS Recruitment Services, we are growing our Data Centre Engineering division and seeking a commercially driven, results-focused Senior Recruitment Consultant. You'll be part of a well-established global brand, operating in a true 360° role with full autonomy and the backing of an experienced leadership team. For nearly 30 years, PRS has partnered with global clients across Facilities Management, Engineering, Data Centres, Energy, and Hospitality. With operations spanning the UK, Europe, and North America, we are a trusted name in technical talent delivery – known for our speed, quality, and deep market insight. As a Senior Consultant, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and delivering top-tier talent across the European Data Centre Engineering market.
Manage the complete 360° recruitment process from business development to placement
Develop and nurture a powerful candidate network across technical disciplines
Engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, job boards, and our CRM
Track performance, pipeline, and activity using our CRM and KPI framework
Minimum two years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, data centres, or other technical markets
Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable running a high-performance desk
Competitive base salary around £40K with uncapped commission
