We are seeking a Workday UK Payroll Consultant to support our client's growing business pipeline. In this role, you will be a crucial member of an industry-leading team, driving results by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our client's Professional Services business group.

As a Workday UK Payroll Consultant, you will:

  • Become a hands-on expert in the Workday product suite, expanding your knowledge and skills in Workday UK Payroll
  • Understand customer requirements to configure and test the Workday solution
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with project team members
  • Understand and apply Workday methodologies

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with full fluency in English being essential
  • Advanced analytical and functional skills, demonstrated by experience in project roles or a support environment
  • Certification in Workday UK Payroll or at least 2 years of experience supporting Workday or working in the UK Payroll industry
  • Experience with the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems (post go-live)
  • Consultancy experience in HR processes or working within an HR Services team is desirable
