Lead Game Product Manager - EA Sports - F1
With a focus on innovation and engagement, we're evolving the ultimate Formula 1 experience for players everywhere, and you could help us take the game to the next level.
Reporting to the F1 Live Operations Leadership team, the Product Manager's role is to help shape the success of our game through data analysis and cross-team collaboration, ensuring that we deliver a compelling experience for our players throughout the live service period.
Collaborate with the live operations team on all feature work, ensuring that it has clear and measurable goals that are guided by business and project objectives.
Partner with analysts to conduct analysis of in-game features using data insights to measure their impact on important indicators.
Work with important project partners to define the long-term live service strategy for the franchise.
Promote main data and findings to the wider team to ensure that all future work utilises best practices in its implementation and can be supported in the live service phase.
You will seek out opportunities for experimentation and developing the product using a data-driven approach.
5+ years of games industry experience, designing live service content and campaigns that maximise commerce, acquisition and retention.
To have shipped at least 2 software titles across PC and console titles.
A passion for games with a focus on player insights and interests.
Experience using data and insights to inform product development, being able to interpret data and trends to measure outcomes against agreed targets.
Experience working in a cross-team development environment.
Knowledge of the F1 sport and gaming franchise is a bonus.
